Head Nurse : Miss Shinta, (1) I’d like you to meet doctor Martin Smith.

Doctor, this is Shinta, our new nurse.

New Nurse : (2) How do you do doctor Smith?

Doctor Smith : (3) How do you do

Head Nurse : Doctor Smith is a surgeon. He’s just finished his specialization in
surgery at Oxford University.

New Nurse : (4) Congratulation Doctor.

Doctor Smith : Thank you.

Dialogue nurse and patient

Nurse : Yulia Indri Febriani

Patient : Yudito Munandar

Nurse : “Good morning sir”

Patient : “Good morning, nurse”

Nurse : “Introduce my self, my name is Yulia Indri Febriani, you can call me Yulia, and
what’s your name?”

Patient : “My name is Yudito.”

Nurse : “Okay Mr. Yudito , i’m here to take care of you for the next few days. If you need
anything or anything of mine, you can call me at the nurse’s office”.

Patient : “ Yes, nurse”.

Nurse : “How are you today? Do you have any problem?”.

Patient : “There is something wrong with me, i have problem with headache and my nape feel
heavy.”

Nurse : “Did you sleep well last night, sir?”

Patient : “Not really, cause i still got a problem with my headache.”

Nurse : “Now, you need proper rest, dont stay up all night, drink plenty of water and dont
stress out”.

Patient : “Okey, nurse. Thank you.

Nurse : “You’re welcome, sir and what hope do you have after being treated here?”

Patient : “Hope is my desire to get well and resume my normal routine”.

Nurse : “Okay sir, feel better. I’ll be right back, sir, if you need anything, you can call me at
the nurse’s station”.

Patient : “Yes, thank you”.

Nurse : “You’re welcome”.
