1. Follow the instructions from the security personnel.

2. Wear safety helmet, safety shoes if you are entering construction site (if you are authorized to do so).
3. Entry to site area restricted for authorized personnel only.
4. Maintain site speed limit 20kph.
5. Do not walk / stand near if any lifting operations are under progress.
6. Smoking permitted only at designated smoking areas.
7. In case of emergency go to nearest assembly point.
8. Park the vehicle only in site office areas/ designated area.
9. Parking should be reverse at all the time.
10. Truck drivers/ heavy equipment operators should wear helmet and safety shoes before leaving the
operator’s cabin.
11. Follow reverse parking system in car parking areas.
12. Do not throw any waste/ plastics/ food waste to the site. Use bins to deposit wastes.
13. Do not drive near excavated areas.
14. Follow all safety signages.
15. I/ We agree to follow all the site rules & regulations at all times while on site.

I have understood the above topics explained in Safety Induction Training and I hereby agree to adhere to
the Occupational, Health and Safety outlined during the induction and will comply with instructions of PTC
JV.
