RE: TRANSFER OF LAND REFERENCE NUMBER xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (“the property”)

TRANSFEROR: JOHN DOE

TRANSFEREE: THE COMPANY LTD

We refer to the above matter.

We act for JOHN DOE who is the registered proprietor as lessee of the above-mentioned property.
Enclosed herewith please find a copy of the title.

The transferor wishes to transfer the said property to Three Company Ltd, wherein his father and
himself are directors and shareholders.

This is to request that these transfers be exempted from payment of stamp duty pursuant to section
106 of The Stamp Duty Act, Cap 480 of the Laws of Kenya and Legal Notice Number 92 of 2007.

This application is supported by grounds contained in the affidavit sworn by the transferor annexed
herein.
