AFFIDAVIT OF MARRIAGE

I, BELINDA CHEPTOO KEBENEY, of national identity card number 30941135 hereby

make oath and swear as follows:

1. THAT I am an adult female of sound mind, therefore competent to swear this

affidavit.

2. THAT on 9th April 2022, I was married to MOSES MWINGIRWA MUTABARI of

national identity card number 30795213.

3. THAT our marriage ceremony was conducted in Turbo Sub-county, Uasin

Gishu County under Kalenjin customary law and traditions.

4. THAT our union is blessed with a 1 year old child.

5. THAT since the date of marriage, we have lived together as husband and wife in
Kitisuru, Nairobi County.

6. THAT I swear this Affidavit to confirm to whoever it may concern MOSES

MWINGIRWA MUTABARI is my husband.

7. THAT I swear this Affidavit conscientiously believing the contents hereof to be

true and in accordance with the provisions of the Oaths and Statutory
Declarations Act Cap. 15 Laws of Kenya.
