In the month of May, overall conversion in Mumbai is low

Based on the data:

 Due to the covid effect, data tells that Mumbai is the city which got affected more.
 The salon service was closed as it was considered as not essential service.
 After opening only less people were allowed due to covid rules.
 From Google Trends data tells that all over India it has dropped as Mumbai is overpopulated
compared to other cities so we can find more drop.

 As everyone was at home, so most didn’t want to do it.


 Mumbai has 20% poverty; most didn’t even know about the service.
 It was not affordable to most people, so number of people Viewed and Selected Packages is
less.

Conversion has dropped significantly in June across all cities.


Based on data:
 In June services like salons and others were opened so many thought to go to shop
than booking online.
 Many thought getting outsiders to home due to covid would cause to spread,
although they took enough hygiene measures.
