CURRENT CONDITION:
a) Pavement:
i) Only surface cracks.
ii) Small land patches
 Longitudinal distress cracking.
 Raveling
 Block erosion
 Pot holes
iii) Minor base treatment at few locations.

 20’ Carriage way with no shoulders.
c) Traffic Volume:
 Only LTV traffic.
 Occasional truck traffic (1 to 2 trucks per month)

CONSLUSION:

Pavement structure Rehabilitation recommended for extension of Pavement service Life.

 REHABILITATION PROPOSAL:

1. Overlay (Approx. 2200m)

o 2” Asphalt overlay Class A (NHA Specifications) over tack coat.
2. Distress treatment + Overlay (Approx. 300m).
o Treatment of distresses if Distress level is high Replace base course.
o Replace base course.
o Provide 2” AWC above.
