approving the eternal removal for all presumed jurisdiction, consular or otherwise by all
foreigners, actors and all foreign [corporations] acting or presumed to be at or in the
ancient murakkun empire.whereas the statutes for foreign [corporations] may have presumed to
invest the foreign entities for said foreign [corporations] in the ancient murakkun empire, with
presumed judicial authority, the same was never allowed by any contract or treaty with such
foreign
actors nor foreign [corporations] and said allowance was never in accordance with usage and
customs in the murakkun empire; and

whereas the foreign individuals who are now subjects in the murakkun empire were acting as if they
had been permitted to exercise jurisdiction over murakkun imperial empire nationals presumably
under a [treaty] between the united states and murakku presumably enacted september 16, 1836, and
the act for algeciras presumably enacted april 7, 1906; and the exercise is without custom and usage
for the same jurisdiction over subjects for murakku or others who were presumed designated as
"proteges" presumably in accordance with the convention for madrid signed july 3, 1880; and
whereas the murakkun empire is where said foreign individuals previously acted as if to presumably
exercise such fictitious jurisdiction and
whereas it is the law in the murakkun empire that all subjects previously acting as foreign individuals

except so far as may be necessary to dispose for cases now pending in the consular courts at
