Mexican food

Mexican cuisine is considered one of the most varied and rich in the world. Thanks
to the pre-hispanic and Spanish heritage, Mexican cuisine combines the flavors of
two continents in dishes of great color and flavor.

The origin of Mexican cuisine is based on the principles of the use of corn, beans,
chili and other plant and animal ingredients typical of the country to which have been
incorporated ingredients and new elements, mainly from Europe, which have
expanded its variety. Traditional and haute cuisine dishes and drinks contain flavours
and textures of great delicacy, even strong and bitter flavours.

Traditional elements of Mexican cuisine

Mexican cuisine has basic elements that determine the flavor, color and texture of
the dishes. The main elements of Mexican food are corn, a wide variety of hot chili
peppers, red meats, beans, tomato, onion and in part the use of nopal.

thousands of other reasons, Mexican food is a favorite for many, both domestic and

having been born in Mexico, but it is also one of the most delicious in the world.
