1. PAPER: Clean 8.5” x 11” writing media. INK: black/blue ink only

2. All texts must be in engineering letterings except for some units of quantities. All parts of the
report must be handwritten except for the title page. The IFR title page may be encoded or
handwritten.

3. For the succeeding pages, include a page number (lower right corner). For the page
number format: Page 1 of 3, Page 2 of 3, Page 3 of 3…

4. Use an imaginary 1-inch all-around margin for all pages.

5. GR CONTENTS:

i. Title Page
I. Topic Learning Outcomes
II. Discussion of Theory
- Minimum of three (3) pages
III. Apparatus/equipment
- List of apparatus/equipment used with brief description/specifications
IV. Data and Results
- Include graphs and sample computations. For repeated trials, provide the
computations for one (1) trial only
V. Diagram of Set-up
VI. Observations and Conclusion
VII. Answer to Questions/Problems
VIII. References
- in APA Format

6. COMPUTATIONS/SOLUTIONS:
a. Solutions must complete and organized.
b. The final answer must be enclosed with a quadrilateral. Use four (4) decimal places for
answers with infinitely repeating or non-repeating decimals.
c. Do not forget the correct units!

7. SUBMISSION:
a. Submit your GR on the designated due date by the course facilitator.
