1. What is Zaggle Zinger card?


Zaggle Zinger Card is a pre-paid card that enables cardholders to pay across desired places like a store or
an online shopping platform.

Tech Mahindra associates can apply for Zaggle Zinger Card as their Meal Card for food-related purchases
at any store/ online platform.

2. How do I apply for Zaggle Zinger Card?


Associates can choose the Meal Card vendor as ‘Zaggle’ on ‘Flexi Declaration’ page at PACE HR. Refer the
below given path:

PaceHR > Employee Self Service > Payroll & Compensation > India Pay > Transaction > Flexi Declaration

3. Where can I use my Zinger Card?


The Zaggle Zinger card is a convenient option for employees working from home across various locations.
This card is accepted at all food outlets which accept VISA.

Sample store & category list: Dmart, Reliance Fresh, Reliance Smart, Food Bazaar, More, Spencer’s,
Ratnadeep, all your neighboring kirana, departmental & Supermarkets and food stores like restaurants,
Fast Food, Ice Cream shops, Coffee shops etc which accepts VISA.

The Zaggle card can also be used at online food store like Amazon Pantry, Big Basket, Freshmenu, Faasos,
Swiggy, Zomato and many other food related apps.

4. Can I use my Zaggle meal vouchers to buy items other than food and non-alcoholic beverages?
No, by law, your meal wallet can be used for food and non-alcoholic beverage purchases only.

5. Is there any mobile app which I need to download for Zaggle Zinger Card?
Yes, after receiving the card, the cardholder is required to register it on the ‘Zaggle-Business & Finance’
mobile app which can be downloaded from Playstore or App store.

6. How do I register the Zaggle Zinger Card on the app?


For registering the card on the app, users can follow the steps below:

Step 1: Download the Zaggle App, read it as ‘Zaggle-Business & Finance’ from Playstore or App store. Go
to sign-up and register using your corporate email ID as Username.

Step 2: Once logged in, on the home page of the App, go to ‘My Account’ section and click on ‘Upload Full
KYC’. Please ignore this step if KYC has already been submitted.

Step 3: Add your Zaggle card by updating your card details on ‘I have Zaggle Card’ section on the home
page of the app.

7. What is the maximum balance allowed in a card?


INR 50,000 is the maximum limit recommended by your employer which means that money will not be
loaded into your Zaggle Zinger Card if your current card balance is INR 50,000

8. What is the validity of the card?


Your Zaggle Zinger Card will be valid for 3 years

9. How secure is it to use the card?


The Zaggle Zinger Card is a chip-based card with Magstripe which makes it completely secure to use for
payments. It also has a PIN facility that provides the cardholder additional security while transacting.

10. How to set the POS PIN & IPIN?


Before using the card, the cardholder must set POS PIN via Mobile App or Web portal. After POS PIN is
set, the cardholder can send a request to set IPIN using the mobile app or can send an email to
care@zaggle.in with the last 4 digits of the card, registered mobile & email, and mention in the subject as
‘Request for IPIN’. The cardholder will receive an email with a password in PDF form with password
protected.

11. Will I receive SMS alerts for my purchase and load transactions?
Yes, Zaggle sends an SMS alert for every transaction that happens on the card to the registered mobile
number. It includes the crediting of the load amount and debiting of the purchase amount.

12. What if I lose my card, how to block it?


In such cases, the employee can block the card using Zaggle mobile app or via web login.

13. How do I get a replacement card?


Employees can contact Zaggle’s customer care (care@zaggle.in) team and give their lost card details- last
4 digits of their card number, registered mobile & email id, and ask for a replacement card. The
replacement card would be sent within 10 working days to their office location.

14. How to get my lost card balance into the new replacement card?
Once the replacement card is received, the employee needs to confirm the same to Zaggle’s customer
service, post which the old balance would be transferred to the new card.

15. Will there be a charge for card replacement?


Yes, there is a charge of ₹50 + GST for replacing a card.

16. What if I leave the organization? Will I still be able to use my meal card?
Yes, the balance amount in the card can be used till the card expires.

17. Can I access Zinger Card via Zaggle Website?


Employees can access their card by logging at www.zaggle.in using their credentials

18. How do I reach Zaggle customer care team in case of additional queries?
