INFLATION

Inflation has become one of the main problems all over the world especially in
third world countries like Pakistan were economy is already on its last legs. This
problem is as old as one can imagine. It is a worldwide reality that exists
everywhere in the world. Developed countries like England, France, Germany and
the U.S.A are also facing this problem. With the passage of time, this problem is
going to the worst. Because of this problem, we are facing very bad impacts in the
world community. It has become a poison for us.
Inflation has become a great threat to the economy and social development of
Pakistan. It is one of the major causes of poverty backwardness and frustration
among the people.
Inflation is against national and human interest. It causes fear among the masses.
It causes in the economic pressure, social and mortal injustice. It draws a line
between the rich and the poor. It has destabilized and demoralized our nation
and it has spread the feelings of the uncertainty among the people.
One of the major causes of Inflation is illiteracy, poverty and poor economic
policies of the govt. It is also due to man’s burning and increasing desire to collect
countless riches or to become bigwig overnight.
Another root cause of Inflation is ignorance, temptation of the wealth and lust of
being prominent. If it is not halted properly, it will soon lick the inner strength of
the country and it will destroy the whole set-up.
Growing menace of Inflation is badly shaking people’s faith in the state and they
start disbelieving the supremacy of the law. It deprives masses of mental, moral,
and economic health Inflation has put the unity and integrity of the whole nation
at the stake.

Inflation shows the deplorable state of affairs. Prevailing wave of Inflation is out.
This problem clearly presents a challenge to our thinkers, planners, economists
and leaders. This problem demands its immediate remedy because it threatens
the peace, prosperity and stability of free Pakistan.
Inflation not only frustrates young men but also makes them rebellions. Defective
system of education is also responsible for this chaos. Lawlessness has become
the order of the day. If it is not properly checked, it will destroy the strength of
the country. Future of thousands of young men and women has become a victim
of it. A frustrated man and woman will play havoc in this regard. He or she will
never allow others to live in peace and happiness.
To get rid of this problem, we have to develop our economy on modern lines. We
have to evoke a real sense of distinction among the people that what is right and
is wrong.
Government is making every effort to end this problem; the national planning
commission has also formulated steps in this regard. We have to uproot this evil
from our country; otherwise, we shall be no more on the map of the world.
To sum up, we must acknowledge that Inflation is a grim problem. It is
undermining the very basis of our country. Iron will iron hand and a sense of
humanism can help humanity get rid of this problem.
