PROJECT EXECUTION PLAN REQUIREMENTS

1.0 GENERAL

1.1 Without limiting the information summarized herein, the purpose of this document is to provide
an outline for the minimum contents of the Project Execution Plan to be prepared by Contractor
by the date set forth in Exhibit A-21 (List of Design Documents).

1.2 The Project Execution Plan shall meet the minimum requirements for submittals set forth in
Exhibit A-24 (Submittal Requirements).

2.0 DEFINITIONS

2.1 Unless defined in this Exhibit, terms that begin with an upper case shall have the meaning defined
in the Agreement.

3.0 PROJECT EXECUTION PLAN OUTLINE

4.1 The Project Execution Plan shall be specific to the Project and the Project Site.

4.2 The Project Execution Plan shall be sufficient in scope and detail to convey the means and
methods that will be employed by Contractor to perform all aspects of the Work.

4.3 Logistic Plan Requirements

The Parties expressly agree that the final Logistics Plan shall be negotiated in good faith, and shall
include the points below

4.3.1 Health and Safety

b) Generic Process Flow


c) Specific Process Flow where Atlas is involved
d) Controlling Report
e) Contingency process in case of Yellow / Red Channel
f) Contingency plan in case of strike

i) Duty paid warehouse including unloading and storage of pallets

4.3.4 Port to Site

4.3.5 In Site
