Sometimes when I open my eyes I see myself in a different


place. When I open my eyes I see a cloudless blue sky the sun
shining hot warming me up. I feel the grass under me and all
around me an immensity of green. I then feel my body, small,
delicate still a child, a memory of the before. I hear a gentle
voice singing to me, I feel your hand in my hair and I feel safe, I
feel at home. Suddenly the scenery of my dream changes, I hear
screamsThe smoke turns the day into night, I saw the flames
devouring the once green field. Someone takes my hand and I'm
thrown into the river, it was cold. The person stays and I am
dragged by the current. I remember the tears in my eyes mixing
with the waterMy new home was cold, very cold, food was not
scarce and people a rare sight. I felt alone, I was losing weight
with each passing day, I ate roots and leftovers in despair. Until I
saw them, a mother bear with cubs, I approached and knew how
to talk to animals, something I inherited from my mother. The
bear took me in and raised me as one of her ownLife as a bear
was good and simple, I had to survive. There was little food and
many dangers. I hunted, I slept in a cave, I ran and played in the
snow, I stayed with my brothers and my mama bear for many
seasons, my brothers went away I stayed by our mother's side, I
took care of her and she of meUntil one day her life came to an
end, her death came through a trap of a hunter, she was already
old, but still it was sad to see it that way, to see suffering. I
buried her so that she turned part of the ground and took her
skin to cover me, so she would always be with me.The years
that followed were lonely and hard, I was more like an animal
than a person, it was only in dreams that I saw people, heard
words. But one day my life changed, when a group of
adventurers lost through the tundra. They recognized me as
more than a bear, and as they asked me to guide them, they ADDITIONAL FEATURES & TRAITS
were looking for an ancient dungeon, I knew it. It was in a cave
that he used as a den, it had always been a dark place, where it
was possible to hear the noise of the dead in the background. I
never dared to go to the bottom. But along with them I gained
courage, guided them and went down with them.

they had to go on a far and dangerous mission and they left me
behind, now I will live my own adventures and I hope to meet
them one day, being as strong as they are. I will prove myself to
them and I will always consider them part of me, guarding the
blue pebble that shines like one of my most precious treasures.
