In reference to the captioned matter we wish to submit that:

1. FOURDEGREEWATER FINVEST PRIVATE LIMITED was incorporated on 21/02/2022 under

the Companies Act, 2013, having its Registered Office at 175 & 176, Bannerghatta Main
Road, Dollars Colony, Phase 4, J.P. Nagar,Bangalore, Karnataka- 560076, India

2. The Company has been inoperative from the date of its incorporation and the Company
has not commenced business/operations/commercial activity from the date of its
incorporation and the company is not intending to do any business laid down in the main
objects of its memorandum of association . The Company is defunct in nature therefore all
the directors have consented to apply for the strike off of the name under the Companies
Act, 2013, as amended from to time.

3. The Company has not opened any bank account from the date of Incorporation .

4. Since there are no creditors of Company therefore the requirement of consent of the
creditors for such strike off does not arise.
