To Whom it May Concern,

I am delighted to find that Live Nation is looking for people to work as the Regional Manager of VIP and Premium Food
and Beverage Department. Working for Live Nation would be wonderful because I think it is the first step into the world
of working with live music and event coordination on a large scale. I am a senior at Penn State University majoring in
Recreation, Parks, Tourism, and Management while specializing in commercial recreation. Working for live nation would
give me a chance to show the hard work and attention to detail that can help form new ideas while operating along the
company’s goals and objectives.

I have been working within the field of recreation starting with working for an event planning supply company named
Redmax Events. I have learned many valuable skills while working here like problem solving and attention to detail that
has helped me along the way. I have put my problem-solving skills to use almost every day but one instance that stands
out was creating new shelves in the upper half of the warehouse to store Christmas decorations and props. This helped
my boss see how these props were in the way throughout the entire summer. By showing him this, he not only created the
shelves with me but also opened a new facility that uses the props throughout more of the year and was able to keep them
at an entirely new location for extra storage. The warehouse is now much cleaner and safer for other employees. I will
also be working with Penn State Athletics full time while putting on their sporting events this spring and will get the
chance to see more of the office work. This will help my understanding of Microsoft Excel and technical writing skills
along with budgeting of events more confidently. I have also taken part in playing for the Penn State Men’s Volleyball
team which has developed my skills pertaining to time management and interpersonal communications. Playing
volleyball has shown me how to handle many different things within my day along with about 40 hours of practice, lifts,
and rehabilitation before playing. I have also learned how to connect with others based on the reactions that I get while
communicating. This has improved my relationships with people because I am thinking about what position they are in
rather than thinking they have the same things as me going on in their lives. This has developed into being a better leader
when in teams but not overlooking the rest of the group by giving demands left and right.
