Learning Outcome:
After completing this exercise, you shall be able to:

• Explore the Terms of Services of freelance platforms and find answers to specific questions.
• Understand the do’s and don’ts of the freelance marketplaces
Problem statement:
All freelance platforms have a set of rules; before a seller or buyer signs up with the platform, one must
agree with the Terms and Service. The objective of the terms and conditions is to create a professional work
environment and provide equal opportunities to the sellers. You should read/explore the Terms of Service of
the platform before starting work to avoid conflict in the future.

Tasks1:
Answer the following questions after exploring the Terms of Service (links are given in the guideline
section) of Fiverr.com.
1. Is it legal to prepare the academic work on behalf of the Buyer?
2. What is an offer made according to the requirements of the Buyer is called?
3. Which portfolio links are allowed to share on Fiverr (GIG/Profile Description)?
4. Additional services offered on top of the Seller’s Gig for an additional price are called?
5. How many gigs a new seller can create?
Requirements:
1. Microsoft Word file containing answers to above mentioned 5 questions.
Note: The answer must be to the point (contain a single word or maximum of a sentence). Screenshots
