Research Reflection

First of all i thought that research has little use especially to us students, but as i get to explore
and experience how to make research i get to understand that research makes our lives easier,
it helps us innovate and evolve in a way that research gives us closure in every problem. Other
subjects contributed to the foundation of a research paper subjects like oral communication,
EAPP and Filipino. These subjects give us basic lessons on how to demonstrate and give a
good introduction in research like the use of proofreading, it is very useful in formulating a
research. parts like the rationale and Statement of the problem where we really need to make
these parts with proper use of grammar and to utilize proper format.
Without learning these subjects I think that for me as a leader I cannot formulate a good
research.

In my Grade 11 days, i became a research leader back then and i get to expect stress always
present especially in making the research, because back then i thought that research is useless
and cannot be applied in my career, but as time goes on in making the research with my group i
began to realize that research is really useful and essential in our life. I also learned that along
the way as we make the process of research we can understand more about our study and get
a grasp on it. and me thinking back then that research was useless was a bit disrespectful
because for me assuming directly. In the process of research it has 5 chapters each with its
functions, the first chapter contains the introduction and the problem. The second chapter there
the past studies and literatures can be found and they help support your topic. The third chapter
for me is a bit technical because all the data and tables can be found there, after that chapter 4
is all about the discussions with an in depth explanation about the data that has been gathered.
Then the last chapter, chapter 5 where you can find the recommendations and guides for other
researchers to utilize.

For me you also need to be patient in making a research paper because it is really not easy to
make one, it needs dedication and time to make a good one, but there are also many things to
consider and to keep in mind in making research, such as communication with your group. In
my grade 11 days i can say that we had rough start in making research i think it was 2 months
of confusion and less productivity happening because of the lack of communication, But after
that 2 months of stress we started to have a good chemistry with my groupmates and made a
good synergy with them, until this day i feel proud and honored being a leader back then and
being able to spend time with my groupmates. Now in today i am a grade 12 student with a new
research paper to be done and i can now say that there is no more confusion as i have known
the process and the parts and also understand research more, I can no longer have a hard time
in research, and i am very thankful for that because i can apply my knowledge in today’s
research and even in my career.

All in all research can be learned and be known to other subjects, especially language and
communication subjects to get a good grasp on the parts and to also understand them more.
But I still need to remember that research is really useful as I thought it never was. At least I
realized that research makes our lives easier and I could also tell others that making research is
not for the sake of compliance but for the sake of the betterment and to expand knowledge to
share to others. A good communication with your groupmates can lead to a good research
paper because as time goes on you and your groupmates you can make good chemistry and
synergy leading to a good study.
