complainant in linking me tothes t a t e m e n t s c o m p l a i n e d o f w e r e t h e
a l l e g e d admission before __________________ , a n d t h e
C C T V footage purportedly showing that I distributed copies of the
__________________. A copy of an audio recordingo f t h e a l l e g e d
a d m i s s i o n w a s s u b m i t t e d b y t h e complainant to the Honorable
Prosecutor as his Annex“ F ” w h e re a s , i n l i e u o f t h e s a i d C C T V f o o t a g e ,
o n l y screenshotsthereofwerepresentedbythecomplainant as his Annex “G”.4.It must
be pointed out that the said recording, which c o n s i s t e d o f a m e r e t h i r t e e n
( 1 3 ) s e c o n d s , d i d n o t e stabli sh the id entitie s of th e pe rso ns spea king ,
the date and time it was taken and where the conversationor recording took place.
Most importantly, there wasno proper authentication by the person who
actuallym a d e t h e r e c o r d i n g a n d n e i t h e r w a s t h e r e
a declaration that the sound recording represents a trueportrayal of the voices
contained therein.
