In the exigency of service, you are hereby authorized to render overtime services on
OCTOBER 30, 2022 to do the following:

1. Act as Reliever Radio Operator of NORMAN DIABORDO for Sunday Day off.

It is understood that the services rendered is in conformity with the provision of

your job order which states among others that there is no employee-employer relation
and that you are paid for an 8-hour work per day at the rate based on your job order
contract.
