Rhis Anne Ventura Grade 11- Diamond

My thoughts on the song's reflection are that, like Mulan, most teenagers, including
myself, are trying to figure out who we are. I had no idea what to do until now. I'm
not sure if the decision I've made will bring me happiness. For example, I want to
pursue my passion for art I want to be like other girls who model clothes and walk
on a runway, but my parents do not want me to do so. I have only ever listened to
my parents because I know they only want the best for me. But what about the
things I want? Perhaps if I know myself very well, I won't have to question every
decision I make. Knowing oneself is a huge advantage when it comes to
discovering and understanding one's talents. You don't have to pretend to be
someone you're not if you know who you are. Sometimes the reason why people
are pretending to be someone they are clearly not is to fit in with other people.
Most of us were scared to be judged by others.
