Instructions: Watch "The Expert IT Support". Then, answer the following questions:
1. What is the problem of Anderson? How was it resolved?
There are several issues for Anderson that have been demonstrated in the film, the first of
which was when someone asked him to alter and print many copies of a document but did not
supply a soft copy. This presented an issue for Anderson since he would have to encode every
page of that document. When Anderson tried to connect to the printer, he was unable to do so.
He then phoned the automated IT help, but even after doing so, the IT support was unable to
resolve Anderson's printer-related issue.
2. If you were Anderson, what would you do to solve the problem?
If I were in Anderson's shoes, I would follow his example and approach the IT support for
assistance. If I ever didn't understand what they said or thought they couldn't help me, I would
also try to repair the problem myself and ask my other employees for assistance.
3. What are the communications barriers present in the scene? How could these barriers be
overcome?
They must properly communicate and comprehend everyone's talents in order to prevent
conflict at work. Conflict will result if they don't listen to one another effectively, and not
everyone is entitled to be skilled in a certain field.
