Re: Advance Payment Guarantee

Further to our letter dated 3rd October 2022 and our contract dated 19th September
2022, it has become apparent that arrangement for APG has become UN –
TENABLE. A hold of 50% does not work for our project because too much of the
advance funding is withheld.
I therefore request we bound the APG in place and seek alternative forms of
payment guarantee which better align with our project.
