SWORN STATEMENT
I, Matthew Esteves, of legal age, Filipino citizen, single and resident of
Lagundi, Plaridel, Bulacan, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law
hereby voluntarily deposes and says, that:

1. I am employed as an Operations Manager with Arnold Bautista Subdivision

Development Inc. (ABSDI).

2. In connection with the discharge of my duties and responsibilities as such

Operations Manager, I have to oversee operational activities at every level of our
company.

3. In January 2019, Ms. Desiree Del Valle, a homeowner, paid her monthly
amortization. However, she was informed by Ms. Ella Cruz that the receipts are
still being printed and she will just give it to her next month.

4. In February 2019, she paid again her monthly installment and she demanded the
issuance of the receipt for January and February. But, Ella Cruz reasoned out
that the receipts are still being printed and she will just give it to her next month.

5. Ms. Desiree contacted me and I ordered the immediate audit of the books kept
and handled by Ella Cruz and Ana Patricia.

6. It was found that there are a lot of payments coming from our clients which
were not deposited to the account of the Company.

7. A lot of checks were prepared, processed by Ana Patricia for expenses not
incurred by the company and the total missing funds amounted to Php
4,000,000.00.

8. Both of them were given Notice to Explain and Ella admitted that there were
some instances when she managed to use the payments of their clients. While
Ana Patricia started to use the money of the company since 2018 for the
medication of her mother.

I executed this sworn affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts
and to support the filing of Criminal Cases against Ella Cruz and Ana Patricia Cruz for
violations of Revised Penal Code.
