SWORN STATEMENT

I, Desiree del Valle, of legal age, Filipino citizen, single and resident of
Mojon, Malolos, Bulacan, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law
hereby voluntarily deposes and says, that:

1. I am a homeowner of Arnold Bautista Subdivision Development Inc. (ABSDI);

2. In connection therewith, I pay monthly amortization dues to ABSDI;

3. In January 2019, I paid the monthly amortization due which was received by
ABSDI Office Clerk Ella Cruz. During then, Ella Cruz informed be that receipts are
still being printed and that she will give it to me next month;

4. In February 2019, I paid again my monthly installment. Upon asking of the

issuance of the receipt for the month of January and February 2019, Ella Cruz
reasoned out that the receipts are still being printed and that she will give it to
me next month.

5. Being aware of these inconsistensies, I contacted Operations Manager Matthew

Esteves and reported to him the late issuance of the receipts.

I executed this sworn affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts
and to support the filing of Criminal Cases against Ella Cruz and Ana Patricia Cruz for
violations of Revised Penal Code.
