I chose this article because the “Anti-Terrorism Act” is unconstitutional and

violates the Bill of Rights Section 4. which states that “No law shall be passed
abridging the freedom of speech, of expression, or of the press, or the right of the
people peaceably to assemble and petition the government for redress of
grievances.”

So far many people have been tagged as “terrorists” for speaking and voicing out
their opinions and stances on the many different political and econimical issues
that is happening in the country. This is concerning such that anyone who is
against the legislation can be considered or branded as “terrorists”. This can be
used against certain people and violates the freedom of speech of many citizens
who wish to speak out their concerns.
