Acceptance Letter dated- 03.08.2022 This is with reference to the tender cited under reference (1) for which the techno- commeroial bids were opened on 12.05.2022. Your offer submitted for the subject tender and your consent letter accepting to match the L1 price vide reference (2) were accepted and you are empanelled for Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning including warranty, Comprehensive operation & maintenance (5 years) of Grid-Connected Rooftop Solar Plant of various capacities under the Phase-II of Grid Connected Rooftop Solar Scheme of MNRE in the State of Tamil Nadu for a cumulative capacity of 12MW. This letter is issued in accordance with clause 5.6 under Section ~ II of the subject tender and you are requested to acknowledge the same as per clause 5.7 under Section - I. It is hereby informed that TEDA/TANGEDCO reserves the right to annulicancel the award of this Letter of Empanelment of such Empanelled Vendor if the acknowledgement letter has not been submitted as per clause 5.7 under Section — Il. The tenure of empanelment shall be 12 months from the date of this empanelment letter issued by TEDA or upto the last date of the sanction period allocated by MNRE/TANGEDCO i.e 18.01.2024, whichever is earlier.
