Dear Sir/Madam,

This is with reference to our earlier communication/s dt regarding the captioned claim and the various interactions
had with you. The claim is pending for want of the following documents/clarifications:

On a careful perusal of the claim documents and final survey report it is observed that damages are not fresh
in nature and the same damages has been recorded in previous claim survey photos vide claim No.
3407013075 which has been withdrawn from your end, Now again a fresh claim is registered for the same
damages with a manipulated cause of accident and date of loss, Hence why can't we repudiate the same.

We request you to let us have the documents/information within 7 days from the date of receipt of this letter to enable
us to proceed further.

You will appreciate that the claim cannot be kept open for indefinite period of time. Failing the receipt of the above
documents within the stipulated time, we shall be constrained to treat the said claim as ‘No Claim’ and no further
request for extension of time would be entertained.
