BUSINESS ORGANIZATION

In this reflection paper, I would discuss about Business Organization. Therefore, I will
explain about two thing from this topic which are entrepreneurship and small business. But
the question is “How does the topic related to me and my feelings?” The reason why I
choose this topic is because I have an experience with this field because I help my uncle to
operate his business in Kuala Lumpur during my semester break which is a clothes shop
(bundle shop). Firstly, let’s discuss about Entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship means a
person who the process of seeking business opportunities under conditions of risk (ADAM,
2022) . It can be said as process of developing, organizing, and running a new business to
generate profit while taking on financial risk (Staff, 2022). Entrepreneurship are known for
their ingenuity that is able to produce something creative. Apart from that, an entrepreneur
who start and manage new business, taking on financial or personal risk in the process
(Collins, 2021). Entrepreneur start a new business in response to market demands and
requirements. It is possible to offer a new product or even service that didn’t exist or not else
available. For example, we open up a clothes with a unique theme such as “Clothes are all
the same for everyone” and sell it at the cheapest price with a high quality during the
pandemic time, therefore, my customer will remember my shop with a uniqueness. They can
get a high branded item at the lowest or in other word cheapest price. The second topic that
I will explain is about a Small Business, Small business can be measure using frim income
and by employment form 100 to 1,500 employees (Hait, 2021). This small business has its
own importance in society. Such as job creation, after Pandemic of COVID-19, small
business is the first one to hire people in times of economic recovery. We hire a new
employee who are jobless and want to search for a job. We give them a chance to take care
of our shop during our absence due to meeting with a client or if we have something to do in
others place. Secondly, contribution of small business to big business. Big business rely on
small business because they supply the raw materials needed for them to create their own
products and services. For example, our shop distributed material such as cotton to a big
clothes company once a month so that can make their own product such as clothes. In this
way, if we didn’t give them our material, then they can’t operate their business properly, this
already prove we as s small business have helped them in their way to make a profit or in
other word in their business. In conclusion, I already discussed about entrepreneurship and
small business in this reflection paper. This factor are the backbone of business
organization, therefore, it it’s important for us to fully understand and utilize this knowledge in
real life or even when we working.
