In this time of pandemic, as a student what will you do to help in the attainment of the school’s vision,
mission, goals and core values?

VMGC statements are often reliable representations of what schools stand for,  helping keep the
values of the school central to how it operates. Vision and mission statements can help keep the school
on track with its greater purpose by helping school leaders navigate competing interests. Developing the
school's VMGC are two of the most important steps toward creating a successful program. Done well,
they give clarity and direction for a school. A muddy vision or mission can help lead to continuing
conflicts, and a school that has difficulty identifying priorities.

The means by which us the students contribute to the attainment of the VMGC distinctly include
complying with the rules and policies of the university, striving for academic excellence, participating
actively in school activities, becoming a role model, passing the exams, and conducting research. This is
my ways to help the attainment of the school’s vision, mission, goals and core values as a student;
'Sharing and learning together'. Cooperation is working together in a team, contributing and sharing in a
helpful way. 'Persist and try your best'. Achievement is striving to attain your personal goals, persisting
and giving your best effort. 'Respect each other and our environment'. Respect involves taking
responsibility for each other. Respect is speaking to and interacting with others in a courteous manner.
It is about being honest, reliable and trustworthy. 'Treat others with care and compassion'. Empathy
means trying to understand other people's views or feelings and being supportive and caring towards
them. Furthermore, the whole community plays a critical role in bringing school values alive. By
embedding the school’s VMGC into teaching and learning opportunities, bringing different sections of
the school to work together and ensuring the values are made explicit through displays, a values-based
culture can be created. Other than that, I will do my best. I’ll always engage with my instructors. I’ll raise
questions in class. Encourage others in class to join in. Make it interactive. I’ll ask my instructors after
class during their available time for further understanding of their material and guidance if needed. It is
also better to know your strengths and weaknesses about your subjects you want to take so that you
can keep learning more about the subjects you need to improve on. Every institute will have inertance
exam's so find out what exactly that University is looking for and update your knowledge and keep
working on. You can also go through the question papers of the previous year exams you can talk to any
of your friends who are studying in that University so that you will have more inputs. Write down your
goals and see if you are able to fulfill step by step.

Every school has got their own VMGC, meaning they have their own future insights and desires.
Ultimately, getting everyone on the same page begins with a shared vision. Having a shared vision isn’t
easy. It requires effort from variety stake holders, including teachers and parents. Making the university
vision and mission public to everyone including parents and community. This can be done using open
houses and even bulletin boards. As an individual or student, we are given projects at universities. Doing
the projects whole heartedly and investing time into them can help complete the university mission.
Hitting deadlines can also help to complete the university mission. Doing these projects can help us
achieve some skills like being responsible. As a student I can greatly contribute to the completeness of
my university through couching coaching other students about my student.
