1. The kite runner explores the difficulties of developing into an adult relationship with your

the relationship between sin, forgiveness, and atonement.
2. The physical seizure is quite prominently scene through Sohrabs behaviour in the past few
instances as well as further in line 19 when Amir tries again to hold Sohrab while explaining
him that he was not full of sin and dirty as Sohrab mentioned about being full of sin and dirty
due to being raped from lines 10-18.
3. The author has used foreshadowing as a literary device as Amir does not want Sohrab to
put him back at the orphanage and knows that he won’t react positively because of how
emotionally affected he was as he offers to take Sohrab back to America in line 32.
4. Sohrab is innocent and brave, the fact that his innocence was taken away against his will
shows that he had no power to claim over his human rights and as a result he was emotionally
traumatized.

Protection) developed the Spot it! Stop it! Campaign, a social and behaviour change
communication intervention that supports Kenya’s costed VAC National Prevention and
Response Plan in Kenya 2019-2023.
8. The image is of an adult abusing his power over a child and the response of the child being
resistance and looking away.
9. I need protection which considers being supported mentally, physically
