7. Brief description of the Agreement:

The following agreement aims to grant the parties partial scope preferences of
Economic Complementation within the framework of ALADI, such as:

Ecuador grants Guatemala around 667 tariff preference products.

Guatemala grants Ecuador around 614 tariff preference products.

This with the objective of eliminating obstacles in trade between the parties,
eliminating, facilitating, and stimulating their trade. Reaching free trade zones.
