Dear Mr. ,

On ____________, a loan amounting to Php________ was made by you from which
incontestably is my money with a monthly interest__% or Php______ with a payment
period of 1 year. From that period only an amount of Php15,000 was made. On
_________, Php_____ should have been given due to the interest. Thus, leaving a

I recall that you promised to settle the amount of Php______ plus __% monthly interest
within the period of one year. This was not so.

against you in order for us to protect my right.
