Course Objectives
• Undertaking various drafting assignments under various substantial and procedural laws.
• Understanding and appreciating various drafting skills used in day-to-day course of litigation,
transactional, advisory and consultation works in law.
• Understanding the contemporary impact of Covid-19 Pandemic on drafting of contracts.
Course Learning Outcomes:
• To demonstrate ability to interpret provisions of civil, criminal, family and contract laws in
relation to importance of their use in legal drafting (PLO 1a)
• To develop strategies, interconnect issues and provide suggestions through the skill of drafting
for effective implementation of laws with allied subjects (PLO 3b (BBA))
• To develop drafting skills in order to identify and implement ethical approaches to independent
legal thinking (PLO 4a)
