Timely sending out of BG Reminder Letter (12, 5, and 3) and intensifying BG Reminder Call
on accounts that are 1 month prior due date.
Aggressive follow up of Bank Guaranty to those accounts with released LOE with October-
December due date.
Follow up the bank on the status of the accounts with released LOE
Follow up buyer, bank, and sales to those accounts with discrepancy.
Monitor those accounts qualified for LOU Issuance
Identify those accounts that are projects are ready turnover
Monitor and consistently follow up to B&C to those accounts that has Loan Difference and
Pending MAs.
Follow up the bank on the status of loan booking 3 days after release of LOU, through email
and call.
Sending out developer's documents in timely manner
