● The NCPCR has revamped the E-Baal Nidan portal to
include more features that would ease the tasks of
complainants as well as NCPCR and SCPCRs in dealing
with the complaints.
● “E-Baal Nidan” is an online complaint mechanism
launched in 2015 to enable individuals to report
violations committed against a child and track the
progress of the redressal of the complaint in the
Commission.
● The portal eases the process of making a complaint to
the NCPCR and ensures transparency in the redressal
process.
 ● NCPCR राज्य आयोगों को यज़ ू र आईडी और पासवर्ड उपलब्ध कराएगा
ताकि वे पोर्टल पर दर्ज शिकायतों को दे ख सकें तथा आवश्यक कार्रवाई कर
सकें।
● इसके अलावा पोर्टल के पास NCPCR से पंजीकृत शिकायतों को संबधि ं त
राज्य आयोग को स्थानांतरित करने का विकल्प होगा।
● यदि वे शिकायत समाधान में NCPCR की भागीदारी चाहते हैं तो राज्य
आयोगों को संयक् ु त जाँच का विकल्प भी प्रदान किया जाएगा।
● राष्ट्रीय बाल अधिकार संरक्षण आयोग ने सीपीसीआर अधिनियम, 2005
की धारा 13 के तहत अपने शासनादे श और कार्यों को परू ा करने के लिए
2015 में ऑनलाइन शिकायत प्रणाली “ई-बाल निदान” विकसित किया
था।
