Close Circuit TV (CCTV) surveillance for Building

1.1 S
cope of work involves SITC of suitable number of Day Night/ IR, IP based dome cameras, with
CAT-6 cable at sub-station, STP room, and all the main gates with suitable mounting
arrangement (on wall/ powder coated MS poles in a vandal proof housing).
1.2 The cameras shall be placed in such a manner so as to cover the entire Premises area under
surveillance. The system will be used for monitoring at a predetermined place within the
nearest STP plant on each drain. The proposed surveillance system shall consist of IP
dome/bullet camera and NVR (Network Video Recorder), VMS etc.
1.3 24/48 port layer-2, managed network switches with 10G SFP ports with all required connecting
accessories should be provided in the Plant Building for the Camera connectivity.
1.4 A layer- 3, networking switch with suitable network management functionality should be
provided in the control Room for the central network management and control.
1.5 E
stablishing Network control room for configuration, operation, monitoring and maintenance
with one number of full HD 42ꞌꞌ LED display along with one workstation common for STP and
Street Lighting at Trunk Drains.
1.6 Installation, configuration & customization of Video Management System either Integrated or
with separate server hardware and software support up to 50 channel @ 1080p and
expandable with equipped storage of RAID 5 protected 32TB capacity in single server shall be
provided.
1.7 Outdoor fixed Cameras should be capable of functioning in Day Night/ IR range up to 30 meter
and 30 meter for indoor Cameras, minimum illumination: colour-0.2 Lux and B/W-0.05 Lux,
resolution 1920×1080 pixels: 2.0 MP @ 25/30fps PAL with QUAD streaming and inbuilt video
analytics support to all the Cameras.
1.8 Complete system is to be designed as per above requirements and scheme along with layout
and inventory is to be submitted to the Engineer-in-Charge for approval before taking up the
installation work.
1.9 This will be the responsibility of the agency to get approval of CCTV network/layout from Delhi
Police and shall get integrate this network to Delhi Police network as per requirement of Delhi
Police within the nearest Police Thana.

CCTV Surveillance on Outdoor light poles in Activity Areas

Scope of work involves SITC of suitable number of Day Night/ IP based Outdoor weather proof,
defogging IR bullet cameras, on Customized/Decorative poles installed in and around activity
areas like Food Street, fountain plaza, exhibition plaza, open air theatre, entry plaza, Toddlers
Park ,children park, yoga pavilion, sculpture court etc.
1.2 T
he cameras shall be placed in such a manner so as to cover the entire area required to be
secured. The system will be used for monitoring at a predetermined place within the premises.
The proposed surveillance system shall consist of supplying and installing camera and NVR
(Network Video Recorder), VMS, OFC cables (armoured and unarmored i.e. both as site
requirement) etc.
1.3 S
upply, laying OFC cables (armoured and unarmored i.e. both as site requirement) in
ground/HDPE pipe from NVR to CCTV cameras installed in activity areas on Customized/
Decorative outdoor light poles. It shall also include S/ laying DWC/HDPE pipes for laying of OFC
cables.
