After two years, still being in the pandemic phase, I was able to optimize the skills I never knew
existed. I started joining the BPO industry way back in 2020 in hopes of advancing my skill set
and experience to an actual work setup. To no regrets, I am glad I did it. Whilst juggling my
work with my studies, there were a few setbacks such as managing my time, handling emotional
burnouts, and dealing with financial stress. I practiced myself to trust the process and be in
