Code No: AMK-010-0001-007543 under CareHealth Plus Systems International Inc. would
like to render my resignation effective today November 14, 2019.

It is with regrets that I am leaving my position as your Promo Officer but I need to do so
for the reason that we found it unreasonable and unfair for us that 8DM Agency deducted us the
2% merchant process from our commission and the delivery charge of the policy of our clients.

I love to work in your company and it my passion to do the job, but I also need to
consider the welfare of my family. I cannot support my family’s basic needs if 8DM Agency will
continue to practice their unfair compensation for us.
