Due to the high levels of humic matter, Tetra$TXD AlguMin biologically prevents the formation of
unattractive algae. AlguMin promotes the biological balance and healthy plant growth.

• Due to its natural basis, AlguMin acts in a mild, biological and lasting manner against commonly
occurring species of algae.
• It contains highly effective active substances that work against algae. Humic matter induces a useful
black water effect (light reduction) and in this way an inhibition of algae growth.
• Harmless to fish, plants and micro-organisms.
• Its liquid form allows a rapid and even distribution of active substances in the aquarium.

5 ml for every 10 litres of aquarium water (1 subdivision on the measuring scale represents 10 ml).

• Before and after treatment, as many algae as possible should be mechanically removed using e.g. a
fishing net, since dying algae deteriorate water quality.
• If required the treatment can be repeated after 3-4 weeks.
• Shake vigorously before use! Keep out of sunlight.
• Algae controlling substances require aeration during treatment in order to ensure an adequate
oxygen supply.
