senses. The food served triggers a happy experience, fear, nostalgia and so on with the addition
of multisensory installations.

The restaurant table is made like a canvas, where various installations of lights are projected on
it throughout the night. Visitors can later engage with this technology that makes their
imagination wander because of the various atmospheres displayed by the lights. Like the
sensation of the North Pole where they can enjoy cold food against an ice table background.

Although the restaurant's menu has not been revealed, Paco Roncero is known for its avant-
garde Spanish cuisine. For example, his restaurant in Hong Kong, serves tapas of low
temperature egg with port wine reduction and roasted peppers and tuna belly toast.

Sublimotion can be one of the restaurants of choice for hotel guests. Other places to eat at
Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza are Munchies which provide sandwiches and finger food, and 3rd Half
which also serves finger food and airs sports matches.
