(PRO-2021-2-013) Increase Number of potential Vendors

1. Objectives:

Increase Number of Potential vendors vs customers’ requirements and acceptance per

project/sector by 10% from 2021 Q2 Vendor list.

2. Measurement:

Number of the new vendors by end of 2021 / Number of Vendors by end of 2020 10% and
above===>100% 5%===> 50%less than 5% ===> 0%

3. Implementation:

After the project is submitted, we update the Department tools with the new vendor list.

4. Evidence:
