    Replacing the Plunger of Solenoid Valve:

    Hold the adjustable spanner in this


    GUIDE
    region for opening the Guide.

    VALVE
    BODY This portion is hollow with wall
    thickness < 1mm hence even a little
    pressure will render this guide
    useless. DO NOT HOLD the spanner
    in this region.

    Once the Guide is opened, the plunger can be replaced. Clean the valve body from inside.
    Remove any dirt/dust particles. The orifice should not be clogged. The Guide O Ring (if
    applicable for the valve in question) should be replaced. Assemble the valve and test.
