Greetings ladies and gentlemen this is Netsanet Zenebe hypno-
therapist by profession and serving as a board chairman at
Breakthrough Trading share company. Breakthrough is made
by Ethiopians , from Ethiopians to give back to Ethiopians by
keeping up our unity , integrity and building big visions. Itis.a
company progressing with more than 89 share holders right
now. Wishing the new year brings peace, happiness and love, I
would love to extend some short messages for you all.

What most people consider as a change is the things that the

been formed which in return would form another one which
might feed millions and billions in the process. Our biggest
message as Breakthrough in 2014 is to stop working with your
conscious mind! Start programming your subconscious mind
to achieve the wishes of your conscious mind, It really is possi-
bie to accomplish our goal when we start focusing on our sub-
conscious mind. People who want to get married, who want
build a family, secure a finance , start a legacy e.t.c It is all
possible with our subconscious mind, Breakthrough’s alpha
trainings are designed to help show the way into using our sub-
conscious mind and with it’s journey of less than 2 years of life
time we have witnessed more than 5000 peoples life changing.

all of the days in the year. Let’s celebrate, enjoy and eat togeth-
er after all it is our beautiful tradition. It is sunshine and flow-
ers, really beautiful time of the year but why only end it with a
day let’s make every single day sunshine and flowers.

The only connection a new year and change has is in people’s
mindset, When the year changes number on our calendar
changes and our age also increases and that is as far as the
change goes since as a man lives change is always happening
from his pain, Pain drives a person to change but most people
has grown immune to the pain. Like standing in line for a taxi
doesn’t faith them no-more, they have gotten used to eating
what they could get and not they want, being short of money
from month to month is nothing to them, insulting each other
on social media is just another normal day out so there is no
needs pain from the bad things in order

I wish the coming year would be time we live our number one
nation in our hearts, a time where we see only good things and
not bad, a time where we change the good that is in our heart
imo action, a time where we look up to our lord, a time where
we,lyk grow and time where we would there to help out others.

Lam very proud to send my message on behalf of Break-
through Trading SC staff’ and management. Iam honored and
have a great responsibility before our shareholders, our staff
members, thousands of IBOs who are dedicated day and night
to build our brand and cur community who are in need of our
inimitable personal development trainings.
would like to personally appreciate all of the board members
for their insights and unrivaled support they extend, which led
us implement a successful leadership platform in our company.
With the freedom I have as a General Manager of this dynamic
organization, we have been dedicated towards excellence and
brought a number of success in just one-year. Secondly I
would also like to appreciate for my team for their exceptional
dedication, humble behavior and passion for change and learn-
ing. On the other hand, our [BOs shall take the bigger gratitude
for their time, energy and all sorts of resource they are devot-
ing to grow our company. We would also like to recognize the
efforts of the genuine team, in service team and all other stake-
holders exerting their valuable time and energy to put their
speck for the growth of our company,
Now let me speak three points in brief. First, as you all know

vision and roles in this universe. We have been
noticing that, our youth are in need ofa company
such as ours. With this respect, we witnessed so
many lives changing moments in the process of de-
livering our personal development trainings. A great
deal of youths has discovered the power of their
mind, the power of time and the power of their
effort. Itall led them towards the success of their vi-
sions and goals. Some had been visualized towards
self-sustained life, some to a distinctive lifestyle and
others become inspired to be motivational speakers
and trainers, Allin all, those who have followed all
the principles behind a successful life journey
taught by Alpha are actually enjoying their respec-
tive triumphs.
Secondly, atthe time when people are in bad shape
from centric and social solidifying national identity,
the existence of our company plays a significant
role in terms of avoiding negative thoughts, extrem-
ism, and lead our community to focus on self-con-
struction. Our trainings purely help participants to
‘exercise on methods of crafting their vision, set
their goals and put specific action plans towards the
achievement of their goals. Besides, it also helps
them to work in team for a better achievement,
Such practice is also helpful to the development of
an ideal and central national identity, which in turn
convert the inactive workforce who are not ready to
socialize and find out solutions for their common
economic, social and political problems reflected in

ing its social responsibility, creating job opportunity
and shaping sociable and cooperative behavior

Finally, Breakthrough has scored a number of achievements
over the past one year. Among which, would like to mention
that it has started testing Fiker Asquala’s concept and was suc
cessfully completed at the end of August 2021. It is of the first
kind of company that has filed a positive tax record at the be-
ginning ofits business and continue to contribute to our coun-
tty by paying all sorts of taxes, On the other hand, it has also
participated on the “Arenguade Ashara” project and afforested
trees at its sub city, Not only this, our company has contributed
towards the reduction of poverty by creating over 5000 jobs
and by training countless youths in different parts of our coun-
tty. This helped us to create a community who are aware of
their vision, who developed critical think
tive, who help others and more importantly who play a signifi-
cant role in terms of an active participation in their socio-cul-
tural, economic and political environment.
Allin all, breakthrough looks a small company, however it is
scoring a result that cannot be achieved with a group of busi-
ness oriented organizations. As this is the result of a team work
I would like to appreciate all stakeholders involved in the pro-
cess and would also like to call all of you who are passionate to
see.a genuine, healthy and wealthy community to come and

company we aspire to bring the best services to
‘our customers. We have organised and put all
the necessary legal documents in front at the
place all our guests can see
Thanks to our new customer service personnel
who joined us we can now communicate with
