Navigation: Other Definitions > User Types and Statuses

a. System = HR Information
b. Description = Termination
c. Code = HR_TERM
Navigation: Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Register Document Types
(EITs)

Description:
1. First search ‘Register Document Types (EITs)’
When User Select popup Window open Enter the required information

1. Enter new record
a. Enter Document Type = ‘HR – Termination’
b. Select Category Code = ‘HR Information’
c. Select Subcategory Code = ‘Termination’
d. Select Authorization = ‘No’
Navigation: Security > Information Types Security

1. First Select the HRMS Responsibility


2. Select Code ‘HR – Termination’ in Information Types
Navigation: Fast Path -> Document of Record

Description:
1. Search the Employee
2. Select the Employee
3. Click Manage Document of Record

Click Create Document of Record


Enter the Required information

If attach some document user can attach document


Can view the list of document
