Instructions to the Students:

1. The candidate should be in the examination hall 15 minutes before the commencement of exam with
his/her Hall ticket and ID card.
2. Identify your place by verifying the Register Number which matches with the Hall Ticket.
3. If any irrelevant material found nearby candidate, immediately report to the invigilator.
4. Any form of malpractices like keeping mobile phone, possession of writing materials, writing on the
scale, writing pad, calculator, desk, wall will have severe punishment as mentioned in the College Hand
Book. If you have these materials keep away from the examination hall immediately.
5. After receiving main sheet enter the required data neatly.
6. Get the correct question paper from the Invigilator.
7. Write your Register Number on the Question Paper. Any other marking will be considered as
malpractice.
8. Passing of Question Paper, answer sheets, pen, pencil and other materials are treated as the act of
malpractice.
9. 10 minutes before the closing of examination, arrange the additional sheets sequentially and tie
properly.
10. After the closing of examination, submit the answer sheets to the Invigilator and get consent to leave
the hall.
11. Candidates should not take away any of the used/unused answer sheets from the examination hall.
