एसएफपी की खरीद के िलए आपूित और दर अनुबंध” के िलये भारतीय पंजीकृत फम से दो पैकेट के मा म से ई-
टडर आमंि त करता है ।

क) िनिवदा का डाउनलोिडं ग के खुलने की ितिथ 30.08.2022

ख) बोली पूव बैठक की ितिथ और समय 15.09.2022 को 15:30 बजे.
ग) बोली तुत करने की अंितम ितिथ और समय 27.09.2022 को 15.00 बजे तक.
घ) ई-िबड खुलने की ितिथ और समय 27.09.2022 को 15.30 बजे.
ड़) िनिवदा की लागत (एएमसी को छोड़कर) लगभग . 20.65 करोड़ ( टै सिहत)
च) बयाना रािश (ईएमडी) # 11.82 Lakhs
छ) िनिवदा द ावेज की फीस# 11,800 (सभी समावेशी)

* बोलीदाता(ओं)/ओईएम(ओं) को 15.09.2022 15:00 बजे तक अपने ीिबड ुत करने होंगे|

#यो एमएसई को केवल िनिवदा द ावेज का मू और ईएमडी से छूट दी गई है । कोई और छूट नहीं दी जाएगी।

के िलए िनिवदाकता को पोटल https://www.railtel.enivida.com से िनिवदा लेख की आिधका रक ऑनलाइन
ित डाउनलोड करनी होगी। सभी भिव की जानकारी अथात् इस िनिवदा के िलए शु प / प रिश / सं शोधन
आिद िनिवदा केवल ई-टड रं ग पोटल पर पो की जाएगी। रे लटे ल कायालय से िनिवदा लेख की मुि त ित नहीं
बेची जाएगी।

यह िनिवदा रे लटे ल के स िन ा संिध काय म के अंतगत आती है और बोलीदाताओं को स िन ा समझौते पर

ह ा र करने और बोली के साथ इसे रे लटे ल को जमा करने की आव कता होती है ।

बोली दाता तैयारी, बोली की तैयारी/ तुित /भागीदारी से संबंिधत सभी लागतों को वहन करे गा। रे लटे ल िकसी भी
तरह से आचरण या प रणाम की उदासीनता से इन लागतों के िलए िज े दार या उ रदायी नहीं होगा।

RailTel Corporation of India Ltd. (RailTel) invites E-Tender in Two Packet System for “Supply and Rate
Contract for procurement of Switches, Routers, Servers and SFPs for RailWire Network upgradation”
from Indian registered firms.

a) Opening date of Tender downloading 30.08.2022

b) Date and time of Pre Bid Meeting 15.09.2022 at 15:30 hrs
b) Last date & time of submission of bid 27.09.2022 upto 15:00 hrs.
c) Opening of e-bid 27.09.2022 at 15:30 hrs.
d) Estimated cost of work (excluding AMC) Approx. Rs. 20.65 Cr (including taxes).
e) Earnest Money (EMD) # Rs. 11.82 Lakhs
f) Cost of Tender Document # Rs. 11,800/- (Including Tax)

*Bidder(s)/OEM(s) has to submit their pre-bid queries till 15.09.2022 at 15:00 hrs

# Eligible MSEs are exempted from cost of Tender Documents and EMD only. No other exemption will
be given.

Note: Tender Notice and Tender Document are available on RailTel’s website and can be downloaded
from www.railtelindia.com or from the e-Tendering portal https://railtel.enivida.com. For online bid
submission the tenderer will have to necessarily download an official online copy of the tender document
from portal https://railtel.enivida.com. All future information viz. corrigendum /addendum/
amendments etc. for this Tender shall be posted on this e-Tendering Portal only. Printed copy of Tender
document will not be sold from RailTel office.

This tender is covered under Integrity Pact Program of RailTel and the bidders are required to sign the
Integrity Pact and submit the same to RailTel along with the bid.

The bidder shall bear all costs associated with the preparation, submission/participation in the bid. RailTel
in no way will be responsible or liable for these costs regardless of the conduct or outcome
