There are certain audit procedures for system software control such as control

in handle errors,file and security protection which is very significant to program

management,support and tasks for application which is also used for operations and

designation of resources.

First,control to handle errors which includes reading or writing error and

preventing overwriting of data moreover checking the record span or range and

examining the storage device whether it is operational or not. Second,file protection

which is used to block unauthorized use or information, processing of inaccurate files

or simply destruction and it removes the threat of sensitive data that maybe use for

prohibited access.

And lastly, security protection focuses on maintaining the logs and activity

data and monitoring of the password which is very important in order to track any

unfortified contact and avoid risks of being hacked by competitors.

Overall,these three procedures contribute to the protection and maintenance or
