The prices are inclusive of taxes and transport cost to the nearest transport agency (not to the school premises). There are no additional or separate charges
for any of the products and services mentioned above.
LKG, UKG, Class I & Class II books are planned as 3 volumes per year, whereas other classes books are planned as 2 volumes per year. Computer Science (CS)
& General Knowledge (GK) books are planned as year books in all the classes.
The Syllabi for all the examinations scheduled in the year will be provided to the school in the beginning of the academic year. The Comprehensive
Assessment Booklet (CAB) comprising of all the 7 Assessment Sheets with Answer Key and the Cumulative Academic Record (CAR) to all the students will be
delivered in the 1st week of July 2019 after confirmation of exact number of students by the school. These are optional. If the school doesn't opt for CAB &
CAR, the following amounts can be deducted from the above mentioned prices; LKG to Class V - `100, Nursery - `40 and CS & GK - `20 each.

AstraGen Multimedia will be installed within 30 days from the date of delivery of the books or before 30 April 2019 whichever is later, and will be
maintained till the end of April 2020. It will be installed in all the Windows 7 (working condition & virus free) school computers within the school premises
only. Hardware or any other software maintenance is not the responsibility of AstraGen.
The Teachers' Orientation Programmes will be organised at a common place in the nearest possible towns, but not in every town. These programmes cannot
be organised individually in each school premises. Travel expenses, lodging and boarding will not be provided by AstraGen. The lunch and snacks during the
programme will be provided by AstraGen to all the teachers.
Minimum two School Support Visits in a year with prior intimation to the school will be conducted within the school premises by our Academic Co-ordinator
and suggestions to improve the quality of the students will be provided.
Lesson Plans and Answer Key are part of the multimedia kit and can be printed easily by the school at any time during the academic year. Hardcopies of these
materials will not be provided by AstraGen. Certificates to every student and the trained teachers will be delivered to the school in February 2020.
A maximum of 10% of the Booksets can be accepted as additional orders or returns in the academic year. The returns should reach us before 30th September
2019. The set will not be taken back, under any circumstances, if it is opened once.
Any individual book or set of books or supporting material such as stickers etc. cannot be provided to any school. However if the student loses any book, it can
be provided at an additional cost of `200 per book, subject to availability.
One set of Books for each class (if the strength of that class is more than 25 and upto 100) and one set of Learning Aids for Nursery, LKG and UKG will be
provided to the school for free as Library Copies. Any additional sets have to be purchased by the school. The cost of each Learning Aids kit is `3000 per class,
subject to availability. The cost of Books for each class is as mentioned in the above page.
All the required subjects (including Computer Science and General Knowledge) except the local language and Hindi are covered in the classes from Nursery to
Class II. No need to buy any Computer Science (CS) or General Knowledge (GK) books for the classes of I & II. Only the core subjects English, Mathematics and
E V S are covered in III, IV and V classes. If the school opts for CS and GK also along with the regular subjects of Classes III, IV & V, then the prices for CS and
GK are `150 and `120 respectively for those classes.
The students will receive multi-coloured Assessment Sheets for three Summative Assessments only for CS and GK subjects in all the classes. Assessment
Sheets for Formative Assessments will not be provided by AstraGen for these subjects.
If you don't receive the Receipt within 5 working days for any payments made, please contact AstraGen office (0 86666 89999) immediately. AstraGen is not responsible,
under any circumstances, for any cash payments made to any individual / franchisee / executive / manager. All the payments should be made to AstraGen India Private
Limited through RTGS / NEFT / DD / Cheque only. Please note that there is no credit facility for AstraGen products and kindly co-operate with us to serve you better.
I have read and understood all the points mentioned in the two pages of this Proposal and all my doubts are clarified by AstraGen personnel.
