responsibilities in your future workplace?

Comply with OSHS including training, medical examination, and where

necessary provision of protective and safety devices such as personal
protective equipment (PPE) and machine guards. Allow workers and their
safety and health representatives to participate actively in the process of
organizing, planning, implementing and evaluating the program to improve
the safety and health in the workplace

2. ) Based on the 2 types of inspection, which is/are applicable to your

workplace or future workplace and why?

General Safety and Health Inspection, It is applicable to my workplace

because this is the basic needs that must be checked first to have a good and
safe workplace.

3. ) What are the benefits under the Employees’ Compensation Program

by ECC?

- Loss-of-income benefits;
- Medical services, appliances and supplies;
- Carers' allowance;
- Rehabilitation services;
- Death benefits;
- Funeral benefits.

4. ) What is the duration of the monthly income benefit for Permanent

Partial Disability (PPD) benefits?

The period of entitlement to PPD benefit is determined after due

medical evaluation; but such period of entitlement to the benefit will not
exceed 12 months for the same contingency.
