Will the Earth Melt Few Years From Now? Introduction Earth will not melt, but the ice glaciers are. The Earth's glaciers have been silently retreating for more than half a century as climate change inexorably marches on Especially in Antarctica, Greenland, and in mountain glaciers all around the world. Even though the ice glaciers in these places will melt, Earth will not melt. Although this could be the reason for the rising sea levels, the ocean would cover all the coastal cities, and the land area would shrink significantly. This is the effect of the continuous worsening of the climate change because of the human activities that causes the building up of the greenhouse gases which are influencing the warming effect In this study we could find out the ways of preventing this problem from worsening that may affect all the life in Earth. We could also find ways to see if this could give lager problems in the future generations. This could be a warning for everyone to avoid activities that can be the cause of worsening the climate change like deforestation, Statement of the Problem Human activities are at the roct of this phenomenon. Specifically, since the industrial revolution, carbon dioxide and other greenhouse ges emissions have raised temperatures even higher in the poles. And as a result, glaciers are rapidly melting calving off into the sea, and retreating on land, We need to identify different solutions or ways to prevent this from happening and could resuit in a larger problem in the future. Significance of this Study This study could help in giving more information on how we could deal the problem and for giving the people knowledge on how worse their daily activities could affect the environment and be a big threat in the future
